How To Apply
Lakeway Apartments now takes applications and credit/background checks online through Zumper.com! Here is how it works:
1) Visit our page at
https://www.zumper.com/apply?agentId=432504
2) Complete the application AND the credit/background check. It is a 2 step process, so don't miss one! (EVERYONE who will live in the apartment must be listed on the application. Do not use relatives as references.)
3) Complete the process for every adult age 18 or over who will be residing at the apartment, even if they are part-time tenants. There is no cost to fill out the application, but there is a fee to complete the credit check - this is the only application fee you will pay. It is $10 to complete the credit report, then $20 when you share it. (That is because you can share the same information with any other apartments listed on Zumper that you might be interested in.)
5) Once you are finished, then click to SHARE your information with us at lakewayapts@gmail.com. If you do not share, we will never see your application!
6) Call or email to let us know you have applied in case it hasn't come through. We take a day or two to process your application, then we will call you!
If for some reason you do not rent with Lakeway, you can share the same application and credit information with any of the apartment complexes on Zumper!
Please note: Completing an application does not guarantee that you will be able to rent an apartment from Lakeway.
